Love finding hidden gems like Bella Italian! My husband is a pizza fanatic and orders it everywhere we go! He said the pizza was as close to eating pizza in Italy he has had in The States. I had the pasta combo which literally had 5 different pastas, with plenty of sauce! Their marinara is PERFECT! Can't wait to go back and try the cannoli!! #GoogleGal

Ordered some food to go and was happy with what we received. The combo platter with different pasta options smothered in cheese was good. The Stromboli with meat was alright as well. It has pizza kibbles in it, but didn't taste bad. It probably could have used a little more mozerella cheese. Normally I would give this place 4/5, but some of the flavors were different from the other area Italian food places around here, so I appreciate that. Price seemed reasonable. 5/5

My family and I were looking for a good Italian restaurant in Tyler and I saw how good the reviews were not to mention the pics posted looked delicious. We decided to give them a try and boy were we blown away!! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! We said we wouldn't be able to eat Italian food anywhere else after having Bella's. Trinity was our waitress and she did an amazing job keeping up with bread and drinks for our table! If you aren't too full dessert I highly recommend the tiramisu and cannoli they are to die for!!!

Oh my stars! We have ordered from Bella Italian Cafe for years. And then we moved across town. Ordered spaghetti from another Italian restaurant last night for dinner. It might has well been a tv dinner. So I broke down and made the drive out to Bella! My goodness, this hit the spot. The spaghetti with meat sauce is amazing and their alfredo sauce is out of this world tasty. And order a couple extra rolls, you’ll be glad you did. Order ahead because it can take a hot minute if you order straight from the drive thru, but it is totally worth the wait.

I truly do not even know where to start on this review. Our server Tara was not only an absolute pleasure but was humorous and informative. Her service was impeccable as she was always attentive and on point with everything. The food was absolutely amazing right down to the presentation and unlike other places in the area the veal was actually veal not so pre made patty. It was perfectly prepared and fork tender. The sauce had a perfect balance between sweet and acidic as well. As for the deserts they are not stingy and tiramisu was absolutely perfect and definitely homemade. I would highly recommend this hidden jewel and will definitely eat there as often as possible.

We think this is the best Italian food in town. The shrimp cognac and stuffed mushroom sauces are amazing for dipping the bread in. They don't have margherita pizza listed on the menu, but they will make one for you if you ask. We personally love that spaghetti bolgenese as well. Bella is some quality food.

We tried this hidden gem for lunch. We was impressed. The service was great. It didn’t take long to get the food. They have a variety of menu choices. The food tasted great. The portions were pretty big. We’ll definitely come back here.

We came here bc I read the review and wow the food is just as good as ppl raved about I got the eggplant parm and hubby had chicken parm , the eggplant parm was the best I have ever had !! Just like if not better than the one I had in Italy and Greece
